Sea Scout Ship 1 is a unit of the Connecticut Yankee Council, BSA, and is chartered to the New Haven Power Squadron

Sea Scout Ship 1 serves young men and women from New Haven and surrounding communities, developing character, citizenship, fitness, and leadership through an exciting program of sailing, maritime and boating skills.
