What is the Delaware Valley Flotilla?

The Delaware Valley Flotilla is a multi-council organization; created by the Northeast Region, BSA. Its mission is to support Sea Scouts in Southern New Jersey, Southeastern Pennsylvania and the State of Delaware. We provide leadership excellence, programs in training, service, advancement and fellowship.

What is the Purpose of the Flotilla?

The Flotilla is a forum for the exchange of information and training material. It has the additional function of gathering input on policies to forward to the Regional Committee.

The Flotilla exists within the guidelines established by the Boy Scouts of America in the Northeast Region.

Flotilla Event Calendar for 2008

Presidents' Day Sea Scout Training Event

Delaware Valley Flotilla - Presents its 2nd Annual Presidents’ Day Sea Scout Training Event, February 15th, 16th, and 17th, 2008, at the Pine Tree BSA Environmental Training Center, Tabernacle, New Jersey.

Fee $35.00, includes meals and accommodations.

The Flotilla team will coordinate segments from the National Sea Scout Training program. We will provide a well-planned training event giving our youth members and mates’ great resources and a wonderful learning experience.

Northeast Region Bridge of Honor and Sea Scout Ball

The Northeast Region Sea Scouting Committee is pleased to announce that the Northeast Region Bridge of Honor and Sea Scout Ball will again be held in 2008.
