SSTV "der PeLiKan" |

The centerpiece of our training program is the Sea Scout Training Vessel (SSTV) "der PeLiKan", a 46 ft. Morgan Ketch . Our on-water training of Sea Scouts and their leaders takes place aboard this vessel. In addition to basic on the water seamanship training, we offer advanced leadership training, boating safety classes, adult leader training, and an advanced seamanship class for Sea Scouting.

The der PeLiKan is available for use by individual ships. The boat has eight berths, two heads, and a galley. Day trips or overnight trips can be arranged. Contact Steve Nichols for details.
