The Liberty Flotilla will be conducting a Quarterdeck Leadership Training seminar on Saturday, 4 November at the  Osceola Presbyterian  Church in Clark NJ has been moved to January 27, 2007.   The flotilla has opened the training sessions and invited all North East Region Sea Scouts.  There will be six sessions for youth training at the course.  Additionally there will be several sessions for adult leaders.  Cost is $15 per person and includes meals.   For more information contact Deidre Buchner.   Additional information can be found at the links below.  New flyers and registration forms will be posted as soon as they are available.
