Safe Boating Classes
A Maryland Safe Boating class will be taught at the NCAC Scout Service Center, Bethesda MD, in conjunction with the University of Scouting on 24 Feb 2007. This will be an all day session and registration will be through the NCAC Council Website. All adult leaders and youth that operate boats should complete this vital training course.
